At The Broken Seal, we don’t really do ordinary—and that’s kind of the point. Our playful Japanese–French–Peruvian cuisine is where bold flavours meet a little bit of curiosity, with Chef Jay turning fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the Sea to Sky corridor into dishes that are as fun as they are refined.

Behind the bar, the fun keeps flowing. Led by Taylor Scott, our cocktail program is equal parts craft and creativity—whether you’re sticking with a classic or exploring one of our award-winning feature cocktails. Every sip is designed to surprise (in a good way).
